1、大学生村官读后感-扎根基层无悔青春 大学生村官读后感-扎根基层无悔青春XX年通过层层选拔，我有幸成为了XX市首批大学生村官，组织上给我赠送了大江南北，很快就喜欢上了这本杂志。杂志上的文章，主题鲜明，具有真情实感，富有感染力。它以丰富的栏目内容、多样的创作形式、鲜活的事例，不仅宣传了抗战以来中华民族抵抗侵略、反抗压迫、浴血奋战的历史，弘扬了可贵的民族精神和革命传统，而且做到了历史与现实结合，学术与文学兼备。一晃我已经在农村工作6个年头啦，自己由一名年轻的大学生逐渐成长为一名农村基层工作者，可以说6年的村官经历成为我人生重要的里程碑。6年的基层工作，让我得到了很大的锻炼，自己也快速成长起来。在工作
2、中我时刻以新四军的精神鞭策自己，自己做到了以下几点：1.深入基层，全面了解本村的实际情况。50多户村民，这其中有退休的老干部、有党员、有村民组长也有普通的村民，通过走访我了解到村民们迫切想解决的问题，对现任班子的看法及要求，以及对村发展的建议。后来我凭借妇女主任的角色，通过为老百姓办理生育证、计划生育奖扶特扶工作以及每年的妇女病检查和产后访视等工作又进一步更加全面的了解了我村的实际情况，可以说全面深入的了解为我开展工作奠定了一定基础。2.不怕吃苦，敢于挑担子。1）担任村妇女主任。到村不久瞿华支书就安排我负责计划生育工作，对此我没有胆怯，而是毫不犹豫的接受了。妇女主任工作和老百姓接触是相对多的，
3、因为每个月我都要统计和上报计划生育信息，要给全村妇女发放避孕器具，要对每位产妇进行产后访视。除此之外每年还要组织全村妇女进行妇女病检查，一年一度的计划生育奖扶、特扶工作以及为符合条件的村民办理一孩、二孩准生证，为符合条件的家庭办理独生子女证。正是这些面对面的工作让我快速成长起来。2）蹲点村民小组。到村的前两年根据村里的安排我蹲点3个村民小组，x年我又新增了两个村民组。和计划生育相比，我觉得蹲点村民小组对我的挑战更大，因为要为所蹲点村民组的老百姓订种子，做各种保险，解决灌溉即排涝问题，处理邻里间的纠纷矛盾以及收取筹资筹劳费、水力费等。刚开始真是无从下手，但是在前辈们的指导和帮助下，也尽快熟悉和了
4、解了该项工作，自己由最初的跟在师傅后面跑，到现在有了自己的工作方法，能够独立处理蹲点村民组的事情，这一切离不开同事们的帮助，也感谢农村这个大舞台锻炼了我。3.坚持学习，积极参与各项工作。除了做好自己的本职工作，我也积极参与村里的各项工作，这样让我更全面的了解农村工作。6年来我取得了一点成绩，被评为XX区首批“十佳大学生村官”，x年全区考核优秀大学生村官，自己也多次被五甲镇政府评为优秀党员，但是我深知自己还有很多不足之处，我要感谢大江南北，是我的精神支柱，支撑我走下去，扎根基层，无悔青春！ rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village
